Ben brings nearly three years of experience in compliance coordination and operational support, with a strong background in database management, client communications, and process-driven problem solving. At MBI, he’s known for his thoughtful approach to understanding client needs and delivering solutions that keep projects moving smoothly and successfully. His attention to detail and commitment to building lasting relationships make him a reliable partner for both clients and internal teams.
Ben earned his degree from Southeast Missouri State University and continues to apply the analytical and organizational skills he developed there in his daily work.
Outside the office, Ben is an avid drummer who plays in local bands and serves on the worship team at his church.
