Colt McArthur, our Account Executive in Kansas City, boasts 33 years of sales expertise, 24 in contract furniture. With a graphic design degree from Kansas State University, Colt transforms client spaces into stunning showcases with his creative touch. A passionate Chiefs fan, he’s active in his community and stays busy with his two teenage daughters. Fun fact, Colt has appeared on The Price is Right and Hollywood Squares.
Rich Sacchettini has a 40-year tenure in the contract furniture industry, specializing in servicing Fortune 500 companies with remote offices across the U.S. His work spans major cities and high-profile local projects, underscored by his deep product knowledge and skill in overcoming project challenges. Rich excels in listening and questioning to meet customer needs precisely. Outside work, he cherishes family time, travel, golf, and reading.
Sarah Luter is a key designer and account manager at MBI, bringing over 8 years of experience in commercial interior design. Prior to MBI, she refined her expertise at local A&D firms, excelling in guiding clients to innovative solutions within their functional, aesthetic, and financial frameworks. David Bozdeck brings over 25 years of experience in office solutions sales, starting with Aurora high-density mobile filing systems and evolving to focus on optimizing clients’ workspaces. With a commitment to enhancing ‘people’ spaces, David joined MBI in November 2021, gladly accepting the opportunity to work alongside Jordan Hart, whom he had known for 14 years. Married to Lisa since 1989, he’s a proud father and grandfather, enjoying travel, gourmet meals, fine wine, BBQ, and gin martinis outside work. A fan of European soccer, David’s perfect Saturday includes watching games and supporting STLCity at CityPark.
Rachel Markley, is a skilled professional with a Bachelor of Interior Design and a specialized background in healthcare. With a combined experience of 13 years in the design and contract furniture industry, Rachel brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Beyond the office, she finds joy in horseback riding and embracing the great outdoors, adding a touch of adventure to her well-rounded pursuits.
Jeannie Moore, our dedicated Account Manager, excels in creating lasting relationships with new and existing clients. She collaborates closely with manufacturers to secure solution-focused products and guarantees smooth operations with seamless installation services. Prioritizing client satisfaction, Jeannie delivers outstanding service. Outside work, her hobbies include fishing and gold-panning.
Workplace furniture consultant Stacey Wellen brings over 30 years of experience across healthcare, education, and corporate sectors. Outside work, Stacey enjoys spending time with loved ones, going on Jeep adventures, discovering new places, and enjoying the thrill of college football and basketball.
Account Manager Nancy specializes in furniture solutions for business, education, and healthcare clients, with over 30 years in the industry. Known for her exceptional listening skills, she’s dedicated to assisting clients. Outside work, she cherishes time as ‘Nannie’ to her grandchildren and enjoys laughter – it’s her favorite pastime!
Terry, our most experienced Sales Account Manager, celebrates 23 years with MBI, leading in tenure. His customer engagement strategy focuses on asking detailed questions, listening carefully, and navigating them through furniture selection with precision. Terry’s passion for MBI comes from its lively, team-oriented environment. He values the collaboration and camaraderie here. On a personal note, he aims to visit all 50 states, having seen 41, and he plans to cover the last nine.
Nicky brings over 13 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry to her role as an account manager at MBI. She began working in the industry as an interior designer and spent the last six years with a focus on project and account management. Nicky’s diverse skill set includes expertise in furnishings, AutoCAD, retails, sales, and Adobe InDesign. A graduate of St. Louis Community College, she combines her academic foundation with hands-on industry knowledge to deliver outstanding results. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants, which inspire her creative approach to design.
Amanda brings a wealth of experience to her roles as designer and account manager at MBI. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts and 20 years of industry expertise, Amanda has made her mark in both interior design and the contract furniture sector. Our seasoned Customer Service Manager, Roni, is passionate about assisting external and internal customers. Recognized as the go-to person for getting things done, Roni has easily worn many hats. Beyond work, she took up running at 45 and has since completed numerous races, including half marathons and mud runs, even finishing a race with a broken foot. A self-proclaimed “flower addict,” she has studied the Victorian art of Floriography and maintains a cherished collection of vintage flowerpots.

With 30 years of experience, Lisa Chappell skillfully combines her roles as an interior designer and account manager. Nicki’s passion for motorcycling shines outside work, enjoying weekends with his wife in their camper, blending adventure with relaxation.

Warehouse Manager Mark Ramsey, with 23 years in the business furniture industry, offers extensive experience across all facets, contributing to his and the company’s success. Beyond work, Mark enjoys playing guitar and singing, embracing his love for music.
Anthony ‘Tony’ Anderson brings over 28 years of industry experience, 23 with MBI, as our Service Technician. He values the chance to engage with customers, showcasing his people skills. Outside MBI, Tony enjoys Mizzou football and quality time with his wife, four children, and beloved 5-year-old granddaughter.
Our warehouse superstar with over 10 years of experience in stocking and inventory control is Antwane. Known for his reliability and commitment to quality, he thrives in fast-paced environments and is cross-trained in various areas to ensure smooth operations. His friendly demeanor and communication skills make him a go-to resource for his warehouse team. Outside of work, Antwane enjoys staying active through football and basketball, reflecting his competitive spirit and dedication.
Jake, known as MBI’s ‘sixth man,’ brings a remarkable 40 years of experience, offering our team a unique perspective and invaluable expertise. His knowledge provides us with a competitive edge. Off the clock, Jake enjoys challenging jigsaw puzzles, strategic board games, poker, and unwinding with work-related puzzles.

Jeff enjoyed and excelled at a 35+ year career in contract furniture, construction, real estate, and as an investor in multiple companies. He most recently contributed to the success of Modern Business Interiors and Pinnacle Contracting. His relations created throughout his business career became lifelong friendships which he cherished.
We remember Jeff as a trusted advisor whose integrity and warmth touched the lives of partners and clients alike. His unwavering loyalty and commitment to fostering lasting relationships were the cornerstones of his professional philosophy. Jeff’s values and the positive impact he made will continue to inspire us all.
