Evergreen Community’s new Olathe campus was designed to support a senior living experience that feels personal, comfortable, and connected. As a nonprofit senior living community, Evergreen’s campus brings together independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing in one thoughtfully planned environment.
MBI partnered with Evergreen to help create spaces that support residents, families, visitors, and staff throughout the day. The project required more than selecting furniture. It called for a full FF&E approach that balanced residential warmth, durability, accessibility, and daily function across a large senior living campus.
The finished environment reflects Evergreen’s vision for a welcoming community-centered campus. Belinda Vierthaler, Chief Development Officer at Evergreen Community, shared that MBI helped create “a warm, welcoming environment that is both beautiful and functional for residents, families, visitors and the team.”
From gathering spaces and dining areas to resident rooms, care areas, offices, and shared amenities, MBI helped bring consistency and comfort to the full campus experience.
