MBI partnered with St. Louis Community College to furnish key spaces within the Florissant Valley campus Student Center and Administration & Instructional Support buildings as part of a broader campus modernization initiative. Working alongside the JEMA design team and the owner’s representative, Navigate Building Solutions, MBI provided furniture procurement and installation across a range of student-facing and administrative environments.
The renovated Student Center now serves as a vibrant hub for campus life featuring student dining areas, collaboration spaces, computer labs, and student service offices for faculty and staff that support STLCC students. Furniture selections emphasize flexibility, durability, and comfort to support the many ways students gather, study, and connect throughout the day.
In the Administration and Instructional Support building, MBI furnished offices, library and academic support spaces, and shared work areas that enhance daily operations for faculty, staff, and students. The project also included furnishings within the campus fitness area to support wellness.
Through close coordination with Navigate Building Solutions and project partners, MBI aligned delivery and installation aligned with the renovation schedule across both buildings. The result is a cohesive, modern environment that supports student engagement and the evolving needs of the Florissant Valley campus.
