Modern Right-size Renovation

Armanino LLP, one of St. Louis’ largest accounting firms, initiated a strategic plan to consolidate three floors into two, aiming to redefine their workspace with principles of openness, collaboration, and flexibility. The envisioned space seamlessly blends permanent and shared offices and stations, supplemented by extra meeting areas to encourage interaction and productivity. Each floor, spanning 20,000 square feet, demanded detailed planning and execution for the desired transformation.

Their original office featured six sections of closed office spaces and desks arranged in a cube, but the team wanted a more open floorplan that allowed for meetings, collaboration, and a collection of ways to sit and work throughout the day.
