Most dealers run an amenity package like a contract furniture order, even when it pulls from dozens of retail, trade, and specialty sources. That’s where openings slip and budgets leak. MBI runs the ancillary package as its own discipline: every line vetted, quoted to your spec, re-checked before purchase, tracked on one report, received and inspected before it reaches the site, and installed by crews we manage.
Independent, boutique, and branded properties, from lobby refreshes to full renovations.
Clubrooms, co-working lounges, fitness lounges, pool decks, and leasing centers that help communities lease up and keep residents.
Dining rooms, bistros, lounges, and activity spaces that feel like home and hold up to daily use.
Country clubs, private clubs, event venues, and casino spaces built for heavy use and big impressions.
Dining rooms, bars, and patios that need to turn tables and still feel right.
Cafés, lounges, bars, and hosting suites that bring people back to the office.
The first impression. Seating, tables, and front desk pieces that set the tone and stand up to constant traffic.
Lounge seating and tables sized for how people actually gather, from a quick coffee to a watch party.
Chairs, booths, banquettes, stools, and tables that balance the look, the seat count, and nightly cleaning.
Work-from-home spaces for residents and meeting rooms for guests and members.
Seating, storage, and finishes that make the space around the equipment feel finished.
Pool tables, game tables, and lounge seating for clubhouses and resident lounges.
Commercial outdoor and in-pool furniture that handles sun, weather, and pool chemicals.
Casegoods, seating, and accessories for renovations, independent properties, and leasing models.

Everything you need to know about working with MBI on your amenity space project.
Any space where people gather by choice: hotel lobbies and bars, apartment clubrooms and pool decks, senior living dining rooms, country club lounges, and the cafés and lounges inside offices. They share the same challenge: they have to feel welcoming and still hold up to heavy use.
As early as you can. Residential-style and custom pieces often have longer and less predictable lead times than office furniture. Getting involved during design lets us flag lead time, budget, and code issues before they threaten your opening or leasing date.
Often, yes. MBI has trade accounts with a growing list of residential-design brands, so we can buy the pieces your designer loves and still run them through our commercial process: pricing, purchasing, receiving, inspection, installation, and follow-up. We’ll also tell you when a residential piece isn’t rated for the traffic it’s going to see.
No. We quote the spec exactly as drawn. Alternate pricing is offered only when you ask for it.
Our focus is public and amenity spaces: lobbies, lounges, restaurants, meeting and event space, and outdoor areas. We also furnish guest rooms for renovations and for independent and boutique properties. If your project needs a different approach, we’ll tell you early.
Yes. We can work from a designer’s specifications, a brand standards package, or a property improvement plan, and we coordinate with purchasing agents, general contractors, and owner’s reps. If you don’t have a designer, our design team can take that on.
Yes. We plan installs around people: after hours, floor by floor, or area by area, so the rest of the property keeps running.
Yes. Our showrooms and core team are in St. Louis and Kansas City, and our network of more than 200 installation partners lets us support properties and multi-site owners across the country.
We stay involved. MBI helps with replacement pieces, repairs, refurbishment, reconfiguration, and planning spare stock for high-wear items so replacements match.
