Revitalizing a 50,000-square-foot space in downtown St. Louis, Ponce Health Science University (PHSU) of Puerto Rico selected St. Louis for its geographic central location of the United States and the robust healthcare ecosystem of renowned institutions of Mercy, BJC Healthcare, and SSM Health (all of which are MBI clients).
In collaboration with Modern Business Interiors, PHSU renovated an abandoned building with MBI assisting with finish selection and offered furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) expertise. The completed project is a vibrant area that perfectly complements St. Louis’ medical and educational environments while improving the experience for guests, staff, and students.
